Your Role:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain operates smoothly. You will work closely with our team to manage inventory, prepare orders, and maintain a safe facility.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments to ensure accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and label orders efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Load and unload trucks safely and securely.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (certification provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
