Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely drive forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory and materials within the warehouse.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload trailers and trucks while adhering to safety protocols.
- Inventory Management: Check and verify stock, ensuring accurate counts and organization.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean workspace, conduct daily equipment inspections, and follow all OSHA safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately to meet customer deadlines.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide on-the-job training for forklift certification (Reach Truck or Standard Forklift).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and willing to work overtime or weekends as required.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic counting and inventory tracking.
