Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move, stack, and organize inventory with precision and safety.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring cargo is secured and handled according to safety protocols.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of machinery to ensure operational readiness and safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and shipping deadlines.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome candidates with no background in logistics who are eager to learn.
- Ability to obtain a valid forklift operator certification within the first 30 days of employment.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong adherence to safety regulations and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
