Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move, stack, and organize inventory efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks with precision, ensuring cargo security and minimizing damage.
- Maintain accurate daily logs and inventory counts to ensure stock levels are correct.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Perform routine inspections of forklifts and equipment to ensure they are in good working order.
- Keep the warehouse workspace clean, organized, and free of obstructions.
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read labels and inventory codes.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
