Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Verify inventory accuracy by scanning barcodes and updating the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure shipping and receiving targets are met daily.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure machinery is in safe working order.
- Assist in general warehouse duties as needed, including packaging and labeling.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the USA.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification through our paid training program.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and walk on concrete floors.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- No prior experience required – just a great attitude and a strong work ethic.
