Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, order pickers) safely and efficiently to move materials and products.
- Load and unload trucks accurately, ensuring cargo is secured and organized properly.
- Manage inventory by scanning items, verifying counts, and maintaining accurate records.
- Follow safety protocols strictly, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to OSHA guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient workflow and prevent accidents.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse managers regarding inventory levels and operational needs.
Qualifications
- No experience required: We provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Must be at least 18 years of age to operate heavy machinery.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to warehouse safety.
