Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently.
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure it is in proper working order and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Organize and stock inventory with accuracy to maintain an organized warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of work areas and equipment.
- Complete necessary paperwork and logbooks accurately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification (training provided on-site for qualified candidates).
- Basic reading and math skills required for inventory and safety documentation.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
