Responsibilities
- Order Picking: Accurately retrieve items from warehouse shelves using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Packing & Shipping: Package items securely using appropriate materials and prepare them for timely dispatch.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and verify order accuracy against picking tickets.
- Inventory Control: Maintain organized storage areas and assist in cycle counts.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines while operating warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- Shift Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Basic Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
