Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Inspect forklifts daily for safety and mechanical issues before use.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and accurately.
- Organize stock and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines strictly.
- Report any damaged goods or equipment immediately to management.
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience is necessary (we provide training).
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Basic reading and writing skills for logging data.
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness.
