Responsibilities
- Safely operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) to load, unload, move, and stack inventory within the warehouse.
- Inspect forklift equipment daily for safety hazards and report maintenance needs promptly.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and maintain organized storage aisles.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of the warehouse floor and equipment.
- Assist in organizing shipping pallets and preparing them for outbound transport.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a mandatory background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to undergo on-site forklift certification training.
- Basic reading and math skills to read tickets and labels accurately.
- Good physical stamina; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Reliable transportation to the workplace.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
