Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (reach trucks, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse and loading docks.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict adherence to OSHA guidelines.
- Assist with inventory counting and stock organization.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Certification: Must be willing to obtain a forklift operator certification (training provided).
- Background Check: Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Skills: Basic math skills for inventory counting and counting accuracy.
- Attitude: Strong commitment to safety and a positive, team-oriented mindset.
