Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely move, stack, and organize inventory in the warehouse.
- Load and unload trailers and shipping containers in strict accordance with safety protocols.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklift equipment and report any maintenance issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock management as required.
- Follow all company policies and OSHA safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Willingness to obtain a valid forklift operator certification (training provided).
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic reading and writing skills for labeling and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
