Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks: Safely handle merchandise using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: accurately pick, pack, and ship orders while maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse workspace clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Availability: Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when scanning barcodes and counting inventory.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
