Responsibilities
- Load and unload pallets of merchandise safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklift equipment to ensure proper working order.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and accurate counting.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse supervisors and team members regarding orders and safety concerns.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding safety protocols and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required; we will train the right candidate.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
