Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, unload, and stack products accurately.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure safety compliance and proper functionality.
- Verify inventory counts and maintain accurate records in the warehouse management system.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies strictly.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (we will assist with training if no current license is held).
- Basic computer literacy is a plus but not required.
