Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise accurately and efficiently based on customer orders.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and RF scanners (training provided).
- Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Sort and load orders onto delivery trucks in a timely manner.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
