Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to process shipments.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent shipping errors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and quotas.
- Load and unload trailers in a safe and organized manner.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours).
- Willingness and ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with handheld technology.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
- Must be available for overtime shifts and weekends as business demands.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
