Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload freight in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance (OSHA standards).
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Verify and check incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damages.
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to undergo forklift certification training (paid).
- Basic math skills for counting inventory and checking labels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods.
- Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
