Job Overview:
We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to operate forklifts and handle inventory in a fast-paced warehouse environment. If you are physically fit and ready to work, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Safe Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Inventory Management: Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for shipping and distribution.
- Load & Unload: Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment and safety protocols.
- Stock Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse floor by organizing inventory and removing debris.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily pre-shift inspections on forklifts and report any maintenance issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Experience: None required. We train candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts (Day, Swing, or Night).
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- License: Must possess a valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not required).
- Communication: Ability to read and understand work orders and communicate effectively with team members.
