As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods within our warehouse facility. We are currently hiring for immediate start positions and offer on-the-job training for those with no prior forklift experience.

Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily pre-shift safety inspections of all equipment and report any issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by tagging and organizing stock.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of debris at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver's License is required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Willingness to learn and obtain forklift certification.
