Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts (reach trucks, sit-down forklifts) and pallet jacks to move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Load and Unload:** Organize, stock, and inventory warehouse stock to ensure accurate order fulfillment and easy access to products.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine safety checks and minor maintenance on forklifts and warehouse machinery.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, inventory movements, and equipment inspections.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the logistics and inventory teams to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to operate heavy machinery.
- No Experience Needed: We are willing to train the right candidates. Prior forklift experience is a plus but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain high standards of accuracy in inventory management.
- Background Check: Must be willing to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory.
