Responsibilities
- Picking and packing orders with 99.9% accuracy.
- Operating material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) under supervision.
- Inspecting incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Collaborating with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
- Performing inventory counts and cycle counts.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Valid driver's license (may be required for local transport).
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
