Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, load, and unload materials efficiently.
- Inspect and perform routine maintenance on forklift equipment to ensure safe operation.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including sweeping and organizing aisles.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accuracy in stock placement.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to undergo forklift certification training.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness.
- Valid driver's license (not always required but preferred).
