Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely throughout the warehouse.
- Ensure all products are handled with care to prevent damage and maintain inventory integrity.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and equipment inspection.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and clutter-free workspace to prevent accidents.
- Perform basic inventory counts and document movements accurately.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff regarding shipment status.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift operator license through our paid training program.
- Basic math skills for inventory and counting tasks.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety compliance.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Minneapolis facility.
