Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack products from the warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to maintain accurate inventory counts.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for quality control and damage before processing.
- Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring).
- Ensure the workspace is kept clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Sort and prepare packages for shipping in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
