Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently use forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate stock counts, cycle counts, and manage inventory logs.
- Picking & Packing: Process customer orders with speed and precision, ensuring all items are correctly packed.
- Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload trucks, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and peers to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic.
- Availability: Must be available for immediate start and flexible shifts (including weekends/overtime).
- Documentation: Valid ID and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
