Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products.
- Stack and organize inventory in designated storage areas while adhering to strict safety standards.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to undergo forklift certification training (training provided for qualified applicants).
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning barcodes and logging data.
