Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to safely move, stack, and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and safety equipment.
- Load and unload trucks in an efficient and timely manner.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic math skills for inventory accuracy.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be willing to undergo on-the-job forklift training.
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
