Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely drive forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and move inventory.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock counts, cycle counts, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and warehouse safety protocols at all times.
- Material Preparation: Break down pallets, shrink-wrap shipments, and prepare products for outbound delivery.
- General Maintenance: Perform routine pre-shift inspections of equipment and report any malfunctions immediately.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse aisles clear and ensure the work area is clean and organized.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Experience: No prior forklift experience required. We provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and move materials in various weather conditions.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license (Class C) is preferred.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Ability to read and understand safety instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
