Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to move materials safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload freight from trucks, ensuring cargo is secured and organized.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to prevent accidents.
- Assist with inventory management, including scanning and stock rotation.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production quotas and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a scanner/packing slip.
- Physically able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to undergo forklift operator training and certification.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
