Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to move pallets and merchandise.
- Load and unload trucks and trailers accurately, ensuring inventory integrity.
- Conduct daily pre-shift safety inspections of the forklift and work area.
- Organize warehouse stock and maintain accurate inventory records using scanners.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company regulations strictly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide full training for the right candidates.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic reading and mathematical skills for inventory management.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver's License is preferred but not always mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
