Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and manage incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently.
- Packaging: Properly package items to ensure they arrive safely at their destination, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and ensure all products meet company standards before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a secure warehouse environment.
- Record Keeping: Update digital logs and paperwork related to inventory and shipping activities.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide training for motivated candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- License: Forklift certification is highly desirable.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
