Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely within the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections and maintenance checks on all equipment.
- Organize and stack inventory accurately to ensure efficient warehouse space utilization.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweeping and organizing aisles.
- Assist in inventory counts and document any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly on a daily basis.
- Basic math and reading skills for scanning labels and documenting shipments.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and following instructions.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in varying warehouse temperatures.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as business needs require.
