Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport goods safely within the warehouse.
- Perform routine safety inspections and maintenance checks on forklifts to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock in designated areas to ensure efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with team leads and coworkers to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times.
- Assist in general warehouse duties, including sweeping, organizing, and tagging products.
Qualifications
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job forklift operator training (certification provided).
- Basic reading and writing skills for labeling and documentation.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus but not mandatory.
