Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Perform routine safety inspections on forklifts and warehouse equipment before and during shifts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA guidelines.
- Assist in inventory management by accurately counting, labeling, and stocking products.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure shipping and receiving targets are met efficiently.
- Report any damaged goods, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Willingness to learn and obtain forklift certification (training provided).
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and paperwork.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive motions.
