Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Assist in counting stock, verifying quantities, and performing cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Packaging: Properly package items for shipment, ensuring all labels and documentation are accurate.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet our quality standards before dispatch.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and workplace regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Overtime Support: Be available to work flexible hours and weekends when necessary to meet business demands.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.
- Equipment: Basic knowledge of warehouse machinery (forklift) and computer systems is a plus.
- Availability: Flexibility to work overtime and rotating shifts as required.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
