Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure safety and proper functionality.
- Organize and stack inventory in designated storage areas according to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation as directed by management.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job priorities.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No previous forklift experience is required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Must be physically able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read and understand safety labels.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if necessary.
