Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock in designated areas.
- Perform routine safety inspections on forklift equipment and report any issues immediately.
- Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Ensure warehouse aisles and work areas remain clean and organized.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Handle materials with care to prevent damage to products or equipment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math skills for inventory management.
- Must be willing to undergo forklift certification training.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not always required for entry-level operators.
