Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before shipment
- Operate packaging equipment and maintain clean workstation
- Scan and label packages with tracking information
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and inventory management procedures
- Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
