Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control using provided WMS technology and automated scanning equipment
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safe working conditions with provided safety gear
- Coordinate loading/unloading operations using electric pallet jacks and forklifts
- Implement lean practices using provided material handling equipment
- Generate reports on productivity, inventory accuracy, and safety metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with equipment operation certification
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Forklift certification and experience with electric pallet jacks
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
