Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers and trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks with precision and speed.
- Inspect forklifts and warehouse equipment for safety issues before and during shifts.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated storage areas to maintain warehouse efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Verify inventory counts against shipping documents and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, adhering to 5S workplace organization standards.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors regarding inventory needs.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Valid Driver's License is preferred.
- Willingness to undergo on-site forklift certification training.
- Must possess the physical stamina to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
