Responsibilities
- Safely Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Conduct Pre-Shift Inspections of forklifts and report any mechanical issues immediately to management.
- Maintain Organization by keeping warehouse aisles clear and organizing inventory according to established protocols.
- Adhere to Safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Valid Certification: Must possess a valid Forklift Operator License (CDL Class A/B is a plus).
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong math skills and the ability to read inventory labels accurately.
- Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
