Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily equipment inspections to ensure machinery is in proper working order.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by tagging and organizing stock accurately.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely shipment processing.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to supervision.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant) required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
