Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and stage materials efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and organize warehouse stock to ensure optimal workflow.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Inspect equipment for safety defects and report maintenance needs promptly.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Ensure all pallets and merchandise are stacked securely to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (OSHA 10/30 certification required).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable experience in warehousing or logistics.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
