Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload shipments from trucks and trailers, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Perform daily inventory counts and stock checks to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Inspect equipment for damage or malfunctions and report issues to management immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant) is required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills for data entry.
