Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA safety protocols
- Load/unload shipments, verify inventory accuracy, and organize warehouse storage
- Maintain detailed logs of daily operations and equipment maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Conduct pre/post-shift equipment inspections and report safety concerns
- Support inventory control through cycle counts and documentation
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid California Driver's License preferred
