Responsibilities
- Unload, scan, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and completeness
- Organize and store materials in designated warehouse zones using optimal space utilization
- Pick and pack customer orders with zero-error precision using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain real-time inventory records in WMS
- Enforce 5S safety protocols and maintain clean, hazard-free work areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily/weekly production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy with ability to learn WMS/RF scanner systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Forklift certification preferred (training available for qualified candidates)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication skills for team coordination
