Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (Counterbalance, Reach Truck, or Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Verify inventory accuracy by checking stock against digital systems and picking lists.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 5S safety standards.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company regulations to prevent accidents.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant) required.
- Previous experience operating industrial forklifts in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to read and interpret pick tickets.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
