Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse safely and efficiently.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate documentation of stock movements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect equipment for damage before and after shifts and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Perform order picking and packing duties as required.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (Class A, B, or C) is required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
