Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely throughout the warehouse.
- Conduct routine inventory checks and ensure accurate stock levels are maintained.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to prevent accidents.
- Package and prepare shipments for delivery to customers in New York and surrounding areas.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
- Assist in organizing storage areas and optimizing warehouse layout.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (valid license required).
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and accuracy.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
